Kassandra Maddocks
Kassandra Maddocks is our talented Director of Art and celebrated artist - instructor based in Laguna Beach, California. With expertise in sand sculpting, oil painting, ceramics, and landscape design, her creative abilities know no bounds. She attended Naropa University, Kassandra has showcased her work as a featured artist for Hurley-Nike during the 2012 art shows and has exhibited from California to Colorado to Washington to Florida. Her whimsical ceramics and sculptures inspire and foster creativity, particularly in nurturing the artistic in children.

Ceramics
As an award winning cermiasist, Kassandra has developed a simple but effective ways to start in ceramics. Basic begining hand pinch classes for ages 3-5 to advanced wheel classes for teens and adults. Her knowledge of clays and all aspects of cornices allows a wide range of students at one time, from beginner to advanced
Sculpting
Sculpting class is absolute fun for kids of all ages! Create your masterpieces from various mediums including paper plates. This is fun and creative class where you actually learn dimensioning, approach and discipline to finish!
Watercolor
Our watercolor program effectively involves guiding students through foundational concepts and techniques, allowing for experimentation, and fostering a love for the medium. Begin with basic color theory, brush control, and fundamental techniques like wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry. Encourage exploration and provide constructive feedback, focusing on the process and individual artistic expression.
